  9. Hi! I´ve read about your arm problem, the Carpal tunnel syndrome. I wanted to encourge you about ostepathy and acupunture. I had the same problem, very very annoying, even the doctor wanted to do surgery on my arm... I become tired of all that, so I went for osteopathy..and solve my problems!!! without medication and anything toxic to my body. The osteopath explaind that the problem begin at the back and then goes on and on up to your wirsts. So I decided to left all kind of western medicine, go for alternative medicine so I didnt hurt my body more and more with all tht medication. SO go osteopathy go!! hahaha :) Then I started taking yoga lessons and meditation, and that not only stop with all my back and wrists pains, but also it helps me to be in contact with my body, to listen with what it feels, to for the first time in my life be more down on my body needs ad not to much in my head,
I hope this helps you :) . After being emotionally and phisicaly exhausted, I´ve found in yoga and meditation the place to start healing, for real this time, inside out.
Pain atention to your body´s needs, it is wise, I think that our bodies have the wisdom and power to heal themselves if we allowed them to, without medication and surgery and another nasty things that we put into them. Give your body the place to heal and rest, to be in peace for a while. Ostheopathy it´s amazing, really.

Hope all this help you to feel better :) byebye
