The bridge

My teenage years were spent without no bridge crossing activity by foot because of a freezing fear of heights, but one day i fell in love and the boy lived on the other side of the river and yours truly wanted to go to his house and leave a surprise box with strawberries and a note but all the money went to the present, so without any way of crossing over unless walking, i took a deep breath and with bravery took a first step and then another one... and did it!
-all for the sake of love.

Nowadays, crossing this bridge is one of my greatest pleasures.

and i totally regret not crossing that bridge over the "top level", now. i just thought it was too high, and didn't dare to ... (especially after i read it moves when it's windy, and it was so damn windy that day)

  4. The colours in these photographs are rich and absolutely amazing! Were they taken during sunset?
That bridge structure is incredible too, I love the iron rails! When was it built? I love the fact of a city divided by such a large river, for some reason it is so romantic, just like the memory you told us!

P.S. I also wanted to tell you, I don't know what happened but the comment you've left on my latest post disappear for some reason - I remember getting an e-mail saying you've left a comment, but the comment was no longer there when I have checked. I just wanted to tell you, so that you don't think I've deleted it myself. I never delete comments, and yours was lovely!
