breathe

As spring takes over the city my lungs often crave a visit to the beach, for nature is great but my body is allergic to every tree pollen existing in the world.
Sea breeze saves me,the salty air calms me down.
I sit on the sand and stay there looking into the always changing horizon, then i close my eyes and just feel the flow of the tides, the rumor of the waves.
I grew up in a valley but my heart belongs to the sea.

  6. enjoy the sea.
it always brings me perspective. i feel small in a good, positive and constructive way.

my life is also mostly a beautiful mess.
never minimal...even though i sometimes strive towards it.

  7. i agree with you - i think when looking at something so vast,so powerful as the sea you come to realize how small you really are, how one's problems are not so dramatic and impossible to overcome.
    It cleans the mind,somehow :)

    Wow, so beautiful!
I miss having the ocean (or the Tejo) so close, I have to travel much farther to see the sea or even a decent river instead of those tiny ones we have here...
